Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

We are still in the business of helping others, but like all of you and other non-profits, we too have been affected by the COVID-19 virus, and our fundraising activities have taken a hit. We will do our best to help who we can. We are once again participating in the Centre Gives campaign on May 12th and 13th, 2020, and look forward to the support of the community! Stay safe neighbors!

Our Beneficiaries

  • The Bestwick Foundation provided a wonderful evening of food, fun, and Santa for several of our families this past Christmas. They were truly appreciative of being able to participate and enjoy the well-organized festivities! Just watching the faces of the children when Santa arrived was enough to bring the Christmas spirit to any “Grinches”! We, at Strawberry Fields, love working with the Bestwick Foundation and are so grateful for what they do in the community.

  • “Thank you so much for buying our school basketball tickets to the First Annual Team Ream Day! We all had a wonderful time together, while supporting a truly great cause. Thank you for thinking of us.”

  • “Dear Bestwick Foundation – Thank you for all of your hard work on the Christmas Party at the Diner that my children and I attended. You were very kind and we all had a blast. It was a very special evening and I am so grateful! I am thankful every day that there are people like you in the world.”

  • The Bestwick Foundation’s mission to provide financial support for individuals and families dealing with cancer, aligns perfectly with our goals as Patient Navigators. Financial concerns should never discourage or prevent patients from seeking treatment for their cancer. The Bestwick Foundation has provided financial assistance to a number of our patients who have needed help with mortgage payments, meals, utilities, transportation, and more. This generous support provides relief from financial stress and helps patients focus instead on fighting their disease.
